The 10th annual 2015 Bowling Green Sprint Triathlon is 8am Sunday, August 23rd. The race starts from Russell Sims Aquatics Center at Preston Miller Park in the 50 meter pool. The Triathlon consists of a 400 meter pool swim, a 23k (15 mile) bike route and a 5k (3.1 mile) run. There’s also a Duathlon and an Aquabike competition. New features this year will include a new 5K running course, more running trails — less city streets, and cash prizes for the top three overall finishers in the Men’s and Women’s Divisions. Registration is $60 for individuals, $85 for relays, there are several different divisions for ALL levels of athletes.
