  6. HOW TO ENTER:  Take the survey online at christianfamilyradio.com. Only one entry per person.
  7. DEADLINE FOR RECEIPT OF ENTRIES: Monday January 23rd at 2:59pm Central Time
  8. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion Begins: Thursday, January 19, 2023. Promotion Ends: Monday, January 23, 2023.
  9. NUMBER OF WINNERS: One (1) winner.
  10. METHOD OF SELECTION OF WINNER(S): Monday, January 23rd at approximately 3:00pm one winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
  11. PRESENCE REQUIREMENT: Not applicable
