Keegan Kares, A Memorial Program to Honor the Memory of LCpl Keegan Thomas Allen, USMC was established on Monday September 23, 2024, by SOKY PATRIOTS INC. He was buried on Sunday September 22, 2024, in a small cemetery near Oakland, KY where he grew up.

Keegan joined the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17. Keegan left Marine Corps Base Parris Island bootcamp on Feb 11, 2023. Keegan graduated from Bootcamp at Parris Island on May 12, 2023. One month before his 18th birthday.

While out on a ride with friends in the early morning hours of September 1, 2024, was involved in a motorcycle accident. Keegan was transported to the hospital as a result of a hit and run. On September 5, 2024, Keegan succumbed to his major injuries and passed away. He donated some of his organs upon death.
